The small town OS

Software that runs
the way your town does.

One simple platform for the restaurants, inns, and shops that keep small towns alive — reservations, stays, point of sale, and the quiet work in between, finally in one place.

Currently live in Lakeville, CT — expanding to Amherst, MA next.

What it does

Built for operators, not chains.

Small-town businesses don't need enterprise software. They need the handful of things that matter, done right, on one bill.

Reservations that match your floor

A host stand built for the way small restaurants actually run — walk-ins, regulars, and the rhythm of a real Saturday night.

Stays, without the Booking.com tax

Inns and short-term rentals managed the same place as the restaurant downstairs. Direct bookings first, OTAs when you want them.

One back office

Covers, heads in beds, payroll-ready hours, and the daily numbers an owner actually looks at — on one screen.

Works with what you have

Cloudbeds, Toast, Square, QuickBooks — we connect to the tools you already pay for instead of replacing them all at once.

Our story

Three generations of small-town business — and the software they never had.

White Tiger started in Berkshire County, Massachusetts, where my family has run small businesses for three generations. My grandfather, my father, and now me — we know exactly what it feels like to close the register at 10pm and still have four hours of paperwork ahead of you.

Small-town operators don't get the software the Marriotts and Chipotles of the world do. They cobble together six tools that don't talk, pay for features they'll never use, and do the rest by hand. We think that's backwards.

White Tiger is one platform for the places that make a town feel like a town. We're starting in Lakeville, Connecticut — and building outward, one Main Street at a time.

The team

Best friends. Neighbors. Teammates.

Lived together for years at Hotchkiss and always talked about starting our own business when we were grown up. Founded by Jackson, Tieler & Owen joined to help take it from a late-night conversation to a reality.

Bring White Tiger to your town.

We're partnering with a small number of operators in 2026. Restaurants, inns, shops — if you're in a town we'd love to be in, we want to talk.
